Your reservation will be confirmed subject to availability at time of request and upon receipt of your payment in full. Your payment will be applied to the land package only.
AIRFARE: Airlines and Air Tickets
Passengers are personally responsible for securing their airline tickets. You are to provide us with flight arrival and departure information at least 30 days prior to the start of the tour.
The recommended arrival time at the airport prior to departure of international flights is 3 hours. Customers who fail to check-in on time for scheduled flights may incur change fees or total loss of ticket/airfare paid.
Form of Payment:
We accept all major Credit Cards for installments and final payment.
Final Payment is due 40 days prior to the start of the tour.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
From first payment receipt date to 120 days or more of the start of the tour: Full refund
Within 74 days of the start of the tour: 50%: Refund.
Within 45 days of the start of the tour: No Refund
Any claim for refund must be submitted in writing within (via email at firstname.lastname@example.org ). Requests for refunds will not be accepted by phone. Valid refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt of claim.
Hotels will be confirmed based on the hotels advertised on a specific itinerary. Any special requests such as type of bedding, room location, etc. are on a “request basis” only, and are confirmed only at the discretion of the hotels, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category that guarantees the specific request. Hotel Check-in time is generally 3:00 PM and Checkout time 12:00 noon.
The following type of vehicles will be provided based on No. of passengers in the tour group:
- 4-6 passengers: in 7 passenger minibus with Driver/Guide (2 Staff)
- 7-9 passengers: in 10 passenger minibus with Driver/Guide (2 Staff)
- 10-14 passengers in 17 passenger minibus with Driver/Guide (2 Staff)
- 15-16 passengers: in 19 passenger minibus with Driver and Guide (2 Staff)
- 17-24 passengers: in 32 passenger minibus with Driver and Guide (2 Staff)
- 25-50 passengers: in 53 passenger bus with Driver and Guide (2 Staff)
We reserve the right to modify and/or change the sequence of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, safety security and comfort of the passenger.
Our packages do not include tipping for tour guide, bus drivers, and porters. We estimate $40.00 per person for the entire trip which will cover tips for your bus driver, tour guide and hotel porters.
WEBSITE AND ADVERTISED RATES:
In the event of human or computer errors in rates displayed on our website, Holyland Kingdom Experience reserves the right to re-invoice for the final correct price or service. Information, services, and pricing published on our website may include errors and inaccuracies. Holyland Kingdom Experience makes changes regularly on pricing and information, and the content on the site is not guaranteed to be complete or correct due to human or computer errors. In no circumstance shall Holyland Kingdom Experience be liable for any direct or indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with the use and or services of our web site.
Travel insurance is optional and is not included in Holyland Kingdom Experience tour pricing. However, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance prior to arriving on tour.
PASSPORTS AND DOCUMENTS:
Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of scheduled return travel. For visa requirements please contact the relevant Consulate for updated requirements. Holyland Kingdom Experience is not responsible if passengers are denied entry to a country for failure to provide proper travel documents.
Holyland Kingdom Experience act only as independent contractors for the owners and operators of transportation, accommodations, services, airline and facilities contracted for you and, therefore, are not to be held responsible for any losses, damages, negligence, body or emotional injury you may suffer in connection with your transportation, accommodations or any other arrangements made in conjunction with our tours.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By accepting your tour reservation confirmation and making a payment on the reservation you acknowledge that in all events Holyland Kingdom Experience shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages and that the sole extent of liability by Holyland Kingdom Experience shall never exceed the amount actually paid by you and received by Holyland Kingdom Experience to cover the cost of your tour.
